We collect information from our customers to process orders send order confirmation, and status updates. Any emails sent to you will correspond with our agreed services and products.
How do you get my consent? We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

We do not currently use geolocation for purposes of tracking your location when you use the Website, but we reserve the right to do so in the future in order to better target product and service offerings and other information to you. WHERE DO WE STORE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Mailchimp stores your email address so that we can send you newsletters, surveys, and other marketing communications. This service provider is not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. As we process your first order, we request that you register an account with us using a username and password or you can buy with the guest checkout. Your account will give you access to your order history later on. Please keep your username and password confidential; do not share this information. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, including your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and street address. This information is used to provide you with important services like automated order status updates via e-mail.
Most of the information collected in the account registration process is used to process orders. When you place an order, you will need to provide a credit card number, expiration date, and CVV number. This information is used to fulfill your order. To fulfill your order using your credit card, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. If we have trouble processing your order, we use your contact information to get in touch with you. QUESTIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION
All Workshops and Events are final sale. Refunds are not permitted. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. If you are unhappy with a product you've purchased, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include the item you wish to return as well as the reason you need to send it back and we will send you a return label. Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund. For Worldwide returns, please note that refunds are issued in Euros. Note that we have the right to say what is going to be refund or not.
