Yes, please do! We highly encourage and recomend experiencing with our products what's right for your body. Our organic ingredients are sourced on individualy and harvest with care. Once these herbs are blended together, they are tested by a third party certified company to make sure that the products are 100% organic.

How quickly should I expect to see results from this Blends?

How frequently should I consume them?
Really depends on how often you feel you need! We find it useful and more beneficial using between 2-3 times a day, servings depends of the product recomendation (see the label). We also recomend to start slow - 1 time a day - and see your body's reaction. If you feel more empowered by the blend, increase the usage accordingly to our daily recommendation.

Do this products harden in transit or over time?
Our products can be stored in your shelf for aproximately 2 years, though consistent opening/closing may result in clumping because of certain ingredients. Slight hardening can also occasionally occur during transit.

When do the products expire?
All the products have a shelf-life of about 2 years.
Are the Blends, Protein and Adaptogens jars filled to the top?
Yes - but you should know that they are filled by weight, not volume, and each ingredient has a different density depending on the ingredients in the formula.
Are this products permitted on planes?
We recommend that you check the country or Transportation Security Administration to where you are going to travel for prohibited and restricted baggage items.
Are the jars reusable?

We send all items in paper cartons. The outer cartons are made from certified recyclable paper. This certifies that the paper products come from properly managed and sustainable sources, you can also reuse them. The tape we use is paper tape so you can recycle them as well.
Are these protocols FDA-Approved?
No plant-based medicinal supplements are FDA approved. But, MPL' daily herbal supplements are only made with FDA-allowed and EU certified organic ingredients, and manufactured in accordance with EU regulamentation, FDA current GMP (cGMP) requirements, proven by our European Regulation of Organic Agriculture third parties.

How and where do i store my products?

Whenever is most convenient to you. A lot of people find it easier to remember to take their supplements if they do it at the same time each day, but it’s not a requirement. You can take it in the morning, afternoon or evening taking into account if it is more relaxing or energetic.

What should i do if i forget to take the products for a few days?
Shouldn’t be a problem. Just make sure you take for a least a month so you can see more results.
How do i know if the products are working?
This varies with each person who takes our products with other supplements (like food, exercise, etc.) work slightly differently and at different speeds in every body. The main indicator of success is ultimately how you feel. We suggest you stick with these protocols for at least three months before making a decision one way or the other.
Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the world! Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over 100+ to Portugal via Post Office. Please be aware the Post Ofifice shipping option has a shipping time of 2-8 business days. If you require your package by a specific date, we recommend choosing another shipping option at checkout.
We are happy to offer 10% off + free shipping on monthly subscriptions for select products. Please note that depending on final destination, subscription orders may ship via Post Office or or by our transportation company.
How are shipping costs determined?
National and international shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on zip code/destination.
Be aware that international packages are subject to duties and customs fees which are not calculated at check out. Mafalda Pinto Leite Unipessoal Lda and MPL 'label has no control over these fees and they will be billed upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office to determine fees ahead of time.
How long should I expect to wait for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed after 10:30am GMT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed 1-4 business days from the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

I received a damaged products, how should i proceed?
If there is an issue with an item, please let our Customer Service team know by sending a note to email@example.com as soon as possible. We will resolve any problems as quickly as we can. We ask that you please include as many details as possible.
My return has been incorrectly refunded, how should i proceed?
We’re sorry if we’ve made a mistake processing your return. If you were expecting a refund and were not refunded the full amount, it may be because we do not refund delivery, shipping, and handling costs. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or concerns.
How do i know it's being delivered to me?
We recommend that you consider the following information:
All orders require a signature upon receipt;
-We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address;
- Courier does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery;
- If Courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to contact you, leaving a card with instructions. After 1 week, our Customer Service will contact you directly by email.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Why am i paying sales taxes now when i haven't on previous purchases?
As an e-commerce company based in Portugal, we are required to charge sales tax which may change over time.
